There are very few restrictions on the types of products or services you can offer. There are no signup or monthly fees, and you are approved almost instantly!

What They Charge: There are no monthly fees or signup fees. You can use their service for free. Your customers DO NOT have to be PayPal members!  This is a common misconception. They can just input their credit card number and checkout without being a PayPal member. If they happen to be PayPal members, they can check out very quickly by just putting in their email address. You are only charged when you sell something. PayPal keeps their commission of 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction, which is one of the lowest you will find for accepting credit cards on-line. If you become a large merchant, these rates can also be reduced.

How you get paid When you make a sale, the funds get deposited into your PayPal account. You will receive an automatic e-mail when this happens to let you know. On PayPal's system,you have a withdrawal option that allows you to transfer funds directly to your checking account or just ask for a check to be mailed to you. You can have access to funds within 3-5 working days from the date of the transaction.
